From inception, RDC chose to develop its management system around international standards and best practice. This provides the continuous review and improvement of RDC’s award winning services, policies and procedures that continue to meet and exceed customer’s requirements. RDC ISO accreditations cover the whole of its operation and guide and inform all process and business developments.
ISO 9001: 2015
ISO 9001:2015 for QMS is the basis for our management system. Certification to the international quality standard demonstrates to a world stage that the company is in control of its processes and procedures and is committed to continual improvement to meet customer requirements. RDC first achieved certification to ISO 9002:1994 in December 2000.
ISO 14001: 2015
The Iso 14001:2015 international standard sets out minimum requirements for implementing and maintaining an Environmental Management System (EMS). Certification demonstrates that RDC has assessed the environmental aspects of its operations and is committed to monitoring, controlling and improving environmental performance. Sustainability has been a key element in the creation and development of the business and is major driver in the determination of company policy and procedures.
OHSAS 18001: 2007
The ISO 18001: 2007 standard sets out best practice for the management and control of health and safety at work. Certification demonstrates that RDC is committed to review and improve the safety of people working in and with the company.
ISO 27001: 2013
ISO 27001:2013 is the international information security management system standard. Our ISO 27001 processes are integrated within RDC’s IMS and ensures the protection of information
BSI Certification
RDC chose the BSI as the world’s leading independent accredited assessment organisation as an audit partner in order to demonstrate our commitment to excellence. Certification permits use of the BSI kitemark to reassure customers that RDC has the processes and procedures in place to deliver services in a quality, environmentally responsible, safe and secure manner.
Queens Award for Enterprise
RDC was awarded the Queens Award for Enterprise for Innovation in our IT Asset Management model in 2002.
RDC was awarded the Queens Award for Enterprise for Sustainable Development in 2009.
RDC was awarded the Queens Award for Enterprise for Export in 2012.
