Handling confidential and protectively marked data requires secure facilities, screened personnel and controlled processes.
RDC operates secure, limited access facilities with CCTV scanning all points of entrance and internal areas and egress to and from all sites.
RDC facilities operate using electronic access control security locks to limit access to and within the sites. The main UK processing site is HMG approved to handle, store and destroy protectively marked data.
Equipment is managed through our IT asset management system which controls the process through security gates and tracks each individual item from collection to disposition.
RDC has put in place these secure measures to maintain the integrity of our customer’s data throughout all processes.
