The RDC Website has been developed with security as a number one priority.

Sensitive areas of the web site use a secure server that ensures two critical factors:

It verifies we are who we say we are. It encrypts communications preventing interception on the Internet.

When you enter a secure part of our web site your web browser checks our server with a third party security provider (Thawte) and verifies our identity.
If you have problems connecting to our server it may be because your web browser does not support SSL. Try upgrading your web browser to the latest version. The current versions of both Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator support SSL.

Personal data security

RDC use a trusted third party to handle the credit / debit card transactions. This means that your credit / debit card details and personal details are held in separate secure facilities. RDC themselves do not have access to your credit / debit card details and we will not share your information with any third parties. Your details are held solely to facilitate the processing of your order and, at your discretion, to keep you informed of new products and services offered by RDC.

Eliminating credit card fraud

We also try to eliminate Internet credit / debit card fraud as best we can. All first-time customers are required to fulfil a security check before their order is completed and dispatched. Subsequent security checks may be required for established RDC customers should RDC's Security Check control department feel they are necessary.

If a customer does not comply with RDC's security check procedures RDC reserve the right to cancel the order in question.
