| We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing
problems with your recent purchase from us.
In order to resolve this situation we ask that you
complete this RMA Request Form so that we can issue
you with your unique RMA – return authorisation
number. This number will be your tracking number with
us should you wish to check your return status at any
point.
We will endeavour to process your request within
one working day. An email will be sent to you informing
you of the procedure required for return of the goods.
Please note: RDC is closed from 22nd to
3rd January.
An RMA number will only be issued for goods that are
within the assigned warranty period. If the warranty
on your item has expired then we will advise
you of this by email/fax.
