To pay for your goods online you will need a credit or debit card. We accept most credit/debit cards. We do not accept Electron as this is a "Buyer present" swipe only card. We do not accept American Express, and unfortunately we cannot accept payments by cheque. All credit / debit cards must be registered in the UK.

The site is dynamic so therefore the payment for your order/s will be taken immediately.

Once your payment has been accepted online and the goods have been despatched a VAT invoice will be posted separately to the invoice address.

If for any reason your payment is not authorised we are unable to tell you why this is. This is a matter between you and your card issuer. You should contact them for further information on your card account.

If for any reason you want to cancel your order, you will need to call us on 0870 774 4777 and ask for the security check team. We will also ask you to either email or fax confirmation of your request before we cancel an order.

Please note that deliveries outside the UK Mainland will incur additional delivery charges. If you are in doubt then please contact the RDC offices before ordering.
