"Royal Mail has clear objectives in all areas of
the group to reduce costs and maximise economies of scale.
We required equipment to be collected, tested and refurbished
through an auditable process allowing us to call equipment
off for redeployment within a short period of time. The
supplier was also required to have the flexibility to manage
changes to the service and volumes of equipment being handled
at any given time. We wanted a reliable supplier who understands
our business and is there to support us when we need them.
