integration within the Royal Bank of Scotland/Group, RDC have
played an important role in helping to manage the re-use of surplus
technology. Royal Bank/Group set clear objectives in all areas
of the group to reduce costs and maximise economies of scale.
A very important area was IT and the re-use of existing equipment
wherever possible. RDC has worked hard with us to deliver a high
quality of service and we work as one team, rather than 'internal'
