RDC’s personnel are trained to follow strict procedures when handling and processing customer equipment that may contain confidential or protectively marked data. This is supported through the use of our IT asset management system which manages and tracks each individual item that RDC personnel process.
In the UK RDC screen all employees and courier personnel to the Baseline Personnel Security Standard for Screening issued by HM Government Security Services.
RDC’s personnel screening process involves identity check, right to work, nationality check, residency check, employer's references, credit check, financial sanctions database check and CRB check.
These measures give our customers the assurance that equipment is being managed in secure and controlled manner.
